"In the 8 months that I have been taking these classes, there have never been two identical workouts. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the exercises and muscles being utilized, nutrition,… and they challenge you to continue pushing yourself.  It is a tough workout but the results that you achieve if you stick with it are great!"           -Tony

Carlos Ortega, Instructor, Fort Worth

Carlos Ortega recently graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Kinesiology, and is currently pursuing his NASM certification.  Mr. Ortega has been playing soccer since he was four years old.  He has played in the most competitive levels: Division 1 Premier League in Dallas and all four years of college soccer.

He was also an intern soccer coach for the men and women’s soccer program at East Texas Baptist University, coaching skills, agility, strength and conditioning.  He has been resistance training for 6 years now, so being in shape is what he loves to do and teach others around him.  His style of training is referred to as interval training; this style pushes the heart to its maximum rate for long, high intensity intervals with short breaks in-between, pushing the body to its limit.  With this style of training, he has found that he and his clients are able to achieve their weight loss goals in the shortest amount of time possible.  His clients also build a healthy and stronger heart!

Carlos cannot stress just how important it is for individuals to involve fitness into their everyday lives.  Clients who work hard in their fitness goals enjoy long and healthy lives, full of energy and overall general health!  Come join Carlos at one of his Fort Worth locations and train with others to experience a fun way to change your life for the better!

This instructor clings to the verse found in 1st Timothy 4:8.  It states, “For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”
