Kyle Graham, CI-CPT, Lead Instructor, Houston
Kyle Graham will engage you in a creative, ultimate out-of-the-gym experience and challenging workout that will help you burn calories, tone muscle, increase energy levels... and simply feel better! To help keep you motivated and challenged, he implements workouts you would never create, nor push yourself to complete! No matter your current fitness level, Kyle will help you surpass your goals. Kyle has been involved in the Boot Camp industry for 5 years and is a certified personal trainer through the internationally and highly acclaimed Cooper Institute located in Dallas, TX.
Kyle is a dedicated Christian, believing that our bodies are a true gift from God and that it is our duty to take special care of them, as well as mind and spirit. Kyle is an entrepreneur and in addition to his Texas Boot Camp responsibilities, he is a Managing Partner and Co-Owner of Faces365 <http://www.faces365.com> in The Woodlands. Kyle resides in The Woodlands with his wife, K.K. and their two dogs, Maggie and Mollie.

David Wesley knows how to build muscle, increase endurance, and get you into shape! No stranger to getting in shape personally, David has weight trained and exercised on a regular basis for the past thirteen years. This instructor is an avid mountain biker and cyclist who has competed in mountain bike races all over the state of Texas and completed numerous Houston to Austin MS 150’s. David studied the mechanics of physical fitness at the University of Houston and is a certified personal trainer through Dallas' Cooper Institute. David’s philosophy on exercise is: “getting in shape not only allows you to be healthier, but it allows you to have more fun in life!”
David is a faithful, born-again Christian who lives his life by 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. (You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your body.).
David and his wife, Jessica, have a daughter named Alexandra, and one son, named Levi. His family enjoys the outdoors and exercising. Come join David and have a blast getting into and staying in shape!

Jennifer Wolf, CI-CPT, Instructor, Houston
Jennifer Wolf combines a unique blend of encouragement and enthusiasm with fitness know-how to provide the accountability you need to help you completely transform your body and your life! Her passion for Texas Boot Camp stems from her own life-changing experiences as a boot camper, which resulted in a total body makeover that has influenced every aspect of her lifestyle. Jennifer’s tremendous success prompted her to attend the prestigious Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX and obtain her certification as a personal trainer. She takes a personal interest in every one of her clients and is committed to providing high-quality, high-energy fitness opportunities to help participants at all ability levels achieve and exceed their health and wellness goals. As a professional educator, Jennifer also brings a wealth of knowledge pertaining to adult learning styles that are sure to get you motivated and looking and feeling great in no time!
Jennifer’s faith is also an important part of her commitment to wellness and has been a large motivating factor in her own journey to a healthier, more vibrant and exuberant lifestyle (“I will never forget your commandments for you have used them to restore my joy and health.” – Psalm 119:93). In addition to her work at Texas Boot Camp, Jennifer is a full-time trainer and curriculum writer for a local school district and resides in The Woodlands. Jessica Rhymes, CI-CPT, Instructor, Houston
Jessica’s enthusiasm for Texas Boot Camp is contagious! As a veteran Texas Boot Camper, she knows how to motivate you to meet your fitness goals, pushing you further than you thought you could go and having a great time doing it. Jessica is a certified personal trainer through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX.
Jessica thrives on the challenges that are presented to her during her weekly martial arts classes, and frequent weekend trail runs. A former management consultant, Mrs. Rhymes’ commonly engages in numerous business and non-profit organizations, including fundraising events for The Children’s Miracle Network/Texas Children’s Hospital. She easily empathizes with these families, being an eternally-grateful mother of a “miracle child”. Additionally, as a member of the Houston Celiac Society, Jessica frequently assists newly diagnosed celiacs on how to maintain good health while living on a lifelong, medically-restricted diet.
As a wife and mother of three, Jessica enjoys spending any free time with her husband of many years, Michael, and their three amazing children: Jacob, Emmalyn, and Bennett.

Kathy Almond, CI-CPT, Instructor, Houston
As a veteran Texas Boot Camper and avid exercise enthusiast of twenty years, Kathy Almond will help you attain your fitness goals by toning muscle and increasing your cardiovascular endurance. Her passion for exercise sparks the energy needed to push you through even the most difficult of workouts. Her goal and priority is to catch the results you have possibly only envisioned. She is dedicated to satisfying her group classes and clients, as they no doubt gradually progress.
Kathy enjoys participating in boot camp classes, running trails, and traditional gym workouts. She even prepared and trained herself to complete a half marathon in December of 2007. Her success with Texas Boot Camp classes have motivated this Houston woman to share her enthusiasm and journey with others – by opening a Beginner Boot Camp class to anybody ready to take that initial step of getting fit, learning about what a healthy lifestyle entails, and gaining weekly accountability.
Participating in this program has not only assisted Kathy in being more disciplined in her fitness lifestyle, but has also reminded her of the appropriate mindset in her Christian lifestyle. One verse she stands by is 1 Corinthians 9:27, which reads: “But I have disciplined my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.” Come enjoy this woman’s enthusiastic, and life-changing classes!

Bethany Wilson, Instructor, Houston
Bethany Wilson has been a certified personal trainer for over a year now and has truly enjoyed helping people reach their personal health and fitness goals. She initially started her fitness journey a few years ago when she found herself unhappy with the person she had become. Her “medicine” for depression was comfort food, and being engaged in very little physical activity did not help her situation. For Christmas, her dad purchased a gym membership and hired a personal trainer to help Bethany get started. After a few months working with a personal trainer, she noticed that she was not only feeling better about herself, but she had more energy, was happier, and took pride in how she looked. This woman decided that she wanted to help people the way her personal trainer had helped her.
Through ACE, she was able to secure her personal training certification and landed a job at a local gym. Although she enjoyed the one-on-one training, she felt that urge to train groups – where the motivation would be even higher! This athletic woman loves instructing groups of people and watching as they motivate and encourage each other.
Having been the “client” …she appreciates how tough it can be, but she has also experienced and reaped the rewards of hard work and dedication to fitness and health. This trainer is here to motivate, encourage and give any assistance to her classes to ensure they will achieve their goals, as she did her goals!

Lydia Montes, CI-CPT, Instructor, Houston
Lydia has been training for over a year and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from The University of Houston in Kinesiology. Lydia enjoys educating her clients on effective and simple ways they can make changes to their everyday routine in order to stay healthy. She believes that consistency and clear goals are the keys to development of lifelong healthy habits. She loves to help customize nutrition and at home strategies for the client. Lydia has trained individuals for specific events such as a marathon or triathlon, as well as those that want to feel better and have more functional ability from day to day. Her teaching style includes an inspiring mix of encouragement and discipline. She enjoys finding the things that motivate each boot camper individually.
In her free time, Lydia enjoys participating in sprint triathlons. She has helped raised funds locally as a participant in events such as Susan G. Komen Walk for the Cure, Stride for Stroke, and the MS150. Lydia is an advocate for CurePSP and hosts yearly fundraising events for the cause. She is active in Serve Houston through her church, Second Baptist Woodway.
Lydia is married to George and has two cats, Hermann and Baby. She was born and raised in Tyler, TX and has been a Houstonian for fifteen years. Lydia’s local favorites include Yoga at Discovery Green, running at Memorial Park, biking at George Bush Park, kayaking on the bayou and skydiving in Waller, TX. She is an outdoor enthusiast and loves to direct others to all that Houston has to offer!

Michael and Kimberly Smith are excited about helping individuals reach their fitness goals through nutrition! This couple has been helping clients with nutritional guidance and Advocare supplements for over 8 years. They have been working with Stevie for years, and have been with Texas Boot Camp LLC. since its inception. Michael and Kimberly are currently providing 35 boot camps with nutritional support. They enjoy educating people on the importance of supplementation to fill in the nutritional gaps in daily diets. Hundreds of boot campers that Michael and Kimberly work with, have reached their personal fitness goals sooner than expected, by adding the "missing piece of the puzzle" ... nutritional supplements!
Michael is currently training for a sprint triathlon. And Kimberly chases around their three kids, pet hamster, and cat for her workouts!!
Michael and Kimberly reside in Duncanville, with their children Zach, Madeline, and Conner. Their purpose is to glorify Jesus in every area of their life!
