Texas Boot Camp was designed for men and women desiring the tough workouts and great physical results of a true “boot camp,” without the commitment of enlisting.  Stevie and Damen Patrick created Texas Boot Camp in 2007 with the intention of providing an appropriately tough and fun program for everyone, no matter their fitness level.  “Boot Camp” is the most intense class at TBC, with hour-long sessions of competitions, calisthenics, and cadence-calling.  If you’re ready for an exciting hour, this class was designed for you!

When some people hear the words “boot camp,” they are immediately intimidated and hesitant.  This is precisely the thought that encouraged “Beginner Boot Camp.”  This class involves more explaining and teaching, with a slower rhythm than the traditional class, but men and women boot campers will still leave sweating bullets and with a satisfied smile on their face. “Beginner Boot Camp” meets bi-weekly and teaches how to maximize results during the workout, as well as how to make healthy decisions regarding which foods to enjoy and which foods to avoid. Most importantly, male and female boot campers realize how much they can achieve and are excited about the results!

At the end of the day, finances, time conflicts, or lack of class options shouldn’t hinder anyone from being healthy.  Texas Boot Camp is designed to teach, push, and encourage while allowing you to have fun on the way to being your absolute best!  Our instructors specialize in weight loss and weight maintenance.  If you’re ready for a change, bring it!  Our military-influenced workouts will put a smile on your face and a curl in your hair!
