Kyle Graham, CI-CPT, Lead Instructor, Houston 

Kyle Graham will engage you in a creative, ultimate out-of-the-gym experience and challenging workout that will help you burn calories, tone muscle, increase energy levels... and simply feel better!  To help keep you motivated and challenged, he implements workouts you would never create, nor push yourself to complete!  No matter your current fitness level, Kyle will help you surpass your goals. Kyle has been involved in the Boot Camp industry for 7 years and is a certified personal trainer through the internationally and highly acclaimed Cooper Institute located in Dallas, TX.

Kyle is a dedicated Christian, believing that our bodies are a true gift from God and that it is our duty to take special care of them, as well as mind and spirit.  Kyle is an entrepreneur and in addition to his Texas Boot Camp responsibilities, he is a Managing Partner and Co-Owner of Faces365 Facial and Waxing Spa in The Woodlands.  Kyle resides in The Woodlands with his wife, K.K. and their two dogs, Maggie and Mollie.

David Wesley, CI-CPT, Instructor, Clear Lake and Pasadena

David Wesley knows how to build muscle, increase endurance, and get you into shape!  No stranger to getting in shape personally, David has weight trained and exercised on a regular basis for the past thirteen years.  This instructor is an avid mountain biker and cyclist who has competed in mountain bike races all over the state of Texas and completed numerous Houston to Austin MS 150’s.  David studied the mechanics of physical fitness at the University of Houston and is a certified personal trainer through Dallas' Cooper Institute.  David’s philosophy on exercise is: “getting in shape not only allows you to be healthier, but it allows you to have more fun in life!”

David is a faithful, born-again Christian who lives his life by 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.  (You are not your own; you were bought at a price.  Therefore, honor God with your body.). 

David and his wife, Jessica, have a daughter named Alexandra, and one son, named Levi.  His family enjoys the outdoors and exercising.  Come join David and have a blast getting into and staying in shape!

Jennifer Rogers, CI-CPT, Instructor, Houston 

Jennifer Rogers combines a unique blend of encouragement and enthusiasm with fitness know-how to provide the accountability you need to help you completely transform your body and your life! Her passion for Texas Boot Camp stems from her own life-changing experiences as a boot camper, which resulted in a total body makeover that has influenced every aspect of her lifestyle. Jennifer’s tremendous success prompted her to attend the prestigious Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX and obtain her certification as a personal trainer. She takes a personal interest in every one of her clients and is committed to providing high-quality, high-energy fitness opportunities to help participants at all ability levels achieve and exceed their health and wellness goals. As a professional educator, Jennifer also brings a wealth of knowledge pertaining to adult learning styles that are sure to get you motivated and looking and feeling great in no time!

Jennifer’s faith is also an important part of her commitment to wellness and has been a large motivating factor in her own journey to a healthier, more vibrant and exuberant lifestyle (“I will never forget your commandments for you have used them to restore my joy and health.” – Psalm 119:93). In addition to her work at Texas Boot Camp, Jennifer is a full-time trainer and curriculum writer for a local school district and resides in The Woodlands. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her trusty Chihuahua, Bella.

Jessica Rhymes, CI-CPT, Instructor, Houston

Jessica’s enthusiasm for Texas Boot Camp is contagious!  As a veteran Texas Boot Camper, she knows how to motivate you to meet your fitness goals, pushing you further than you thought you could go and having a great time doing it.  Jessica is a certified personal trainer through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX.

Jessica thrives on the challenges that are presented to her during her weekly martial arts classes, and frequent weekend trail runs.  A former management consultant, Mrs. Rhymes’ commonly engages in numerous business and non-profit organizations, including fundraising events for The Children’s Miracle Network/Texas Children’s Hospital.  She easily empathizes with these families, being an eternally-grateful mother of a “miracle child”.  Additionally, as a member of the Houston Celiac Society, Jessica frequently assists newly diagnosed celiacs on how to maintain good health while living on a lifelong, medically-restricted diet.

As a wife and mother of three, Jessica enjoys spending any free time with her husband of many years, Michael, and their three amazing children: Jacob, Emmalyn, and Bennett.

Jordan Kunze, Instructor, Houston

Jordan Kunze combines a unique background with a love for physical fitness to create a fun and motivational workout experience for fellow neighbors in the Houston area.  Jordan dedicated over 4 years of active duty military service to the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantryman Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division and is currently a Drill Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserves.  If he sounds intimidating, don’t worry!  Mr. Kunze knows how to leave the Drill Sergeant mentality with the uniform and always maintains a big smile with a fun and friendly atmosphere in every Texas Boot Camp workout he leads.  With his previous military experience, Jordan has learned the importance of physical fitness, accountability, and commitment and has seen first-hand that true motivation combined with hard work is a guaranteed recipe for success!


Soon after Jordan became a Drill Sergeant, he decided to extend his training capabilities out to the civilian world by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.  If you’re ready to work hard and get outside of your comfort zone, Jordan’s class is the place to be!

Norma Sahualla, Instructor, Houston

Norma Sahualla's passion is to help educate and help show others their full potential in exercise and nutrition.  Norma is truly “practicing what she preaches”.  As an avid marathon runner, triathlete and biker, this woman knows that with the positive mental attitude anything may be achieved.  Mrs. Sahualla is committed to helping others realize that exercise doesn’t have to be dreaded work; it can be a really fun part of life - with the right atmosphere!  Being ACE and NFPT certified, she believes everyone can enjoy living a healthy and active lifestyle.

As a wife and mother of two children, Norma enjoys spending her free time running with her girls, Lauren and Brandi, while her husband, Ron, is biking along beside them.

Missy O'Connor, Instructor, Houston

Missy reached her own personal fitness goals through Texas Boot Camp and is dedicated to helping you reach yours.  Exercise had always been an important part of her life but she found it a challenge to balance motherhood with her personal fitness goals.  Missy gave Texas Boot Camp a try and was immediately hooked.  As a three-year veteran boot camper, she believes in the program and knows positive results are possible.  With hard work and proper nutrition, you too can experience increased endurance and muscle tone!  She wants you to see the changes you want to see!  Missy is certified through the American Sports & Fitness Association, and clings to her motto: “just show up”.  She knows that simply getting to class is half the battle and once you are there, she will encourage you no matter your ability level to reach and give you the tools to surpass your personal goals.

Missy and her husband, Shayne, have two children.  Both of their children, Keegan and Briley, love being active outdoors and Missy believes that a part of her job as a mother is setting a realistic, healthy example for her family.

Lisa Squier, Instructor, Houston

Lisa is a veteran Texas Boot Camper with unstoppable drive and determination.  As a Certified Personal trainer through American Sports and Fitness Association, she is committed to seeing every single Texas Boot Camper experience personal success and improvement, each time she meets with them.  Lisa enjoys working with fellow campers of all fitness levels and will meet them where they are and push them further than they thought they could go!

 
In addition to Texas Boot Camp, Lisa enjoys yoga, running, and working out on the beach.
 
Lisa is a teacher at a local Church School, and resides in The Woodlands with her two equally driven and independent daughters, Lacey and Emily.

Michael & Kimberly Smith - CFNC Certified Fitness Nutrition Coaches

Michael and Kimberly Smith are excited about helping individuals reach their fitness goals through nutrition! This couple has been helping clients with nutritional guidance and Advocare supplements for over 8 years. They have been working with Stevie for years, and have been with Texas Boot Camp LLC. since its inception. Michael and Kimberly are currently providing 35 boot camps with nutritional support. They enjoy educating people on the importance of supplementation to fill in the nutritional gaps in daily diets. Hundreds of boot campers that Michael and Kimberly work with, have reached their personal fitness goals sooner than expected, by adding the "missing piece of the puzzle" ... nutritional supplements!

Michael is currently training for a sprint triathlon.  And Kimberly chases around their three kids, pet hamster, and cat for her workouts!!
