Stevie Patrick, Founder of Texas Boot Camp, will get you moving! This bubbly brunette adds a burst of energy and motivation to every class she instructs! This former All –American Cheerleader is also US Army Physically Fit and Qualified! She scored a perfect 300 on her own PT Test! Mrs. Patrick has many years of experience teaching, judging tryouts, public speaking, and personal training in Oklahoma and Texas, including: experience as a Gymnastic/Cheer Director as well as a Boot Camp Fitness Instructor. She also holds five Cooper Institute certifications: Personal Trainer, Coaching Healthy Behaviors, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Boot Camp & Circuits, and Balls, Bands, & More through the nationally recognized Cooper Institute - Dallas' own! This woman has instructed in Mexico, walked the Susan G. Komen 3-Day (60-mile) with her mom, competed in the Austin Urban Assault, completed 3 Muddy Buddy Races, and Texas' first ever Warrior Dash! In May 2010, she conquered grade 3 brain cancer; this motivated woman is determined, joyful, and optimistic. If you're looking for a program that will see you reach your goals, look no more! DAMEN PATRICK, CI-CPT, FOUNDER
DP has worked behind the scenes providing financial and technical support for Texas Boot Camp, ever since its conception. His diverse background of finance, accounting, and problem-solving aids multiple companies in the Frisco area, even today. His quiet nature, gentle and encouraging spirit, natural athleticism, and determined attitude allow him to be an absolutely inspirational instructor. He truly leads by example.
After graduating from Oklahoma State, this gentleman earned his Personal Training Certification, Biomechanics of Resistance Training Certification, and Boot Camp & Circuits Leadership Certification from Cooper Institute, and enjoys how this state-of-the-art research and medical group integrate with today’s startling statistics. He is passionate about teaching adults how to break the chain of: poor nutrition habits, unwise decision-making, and lack of understanding the balance between food and exercise.
For fun and exercise, DP enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, traveling with his wife, playing the guitar, and picking up flag football games.
JACQUELINE PISCIOTTA, CI-CPT
Jacqueline Pisciotta is a nationally certified Cooper Institute Personal Trainer, a certified Pre/Post-Natal Specialist, and a certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, as well. This “little ball of energy” understands the importance of caring for your body, mind, and spirit. Being a boot camper has invited this woman to be the fittest she has ever been.
Jackie is committed to making her Boot Camp Classes safe, healthy, and FUN!!! No matter what your current ability and fitness levels are, these classes will focus on keeping you healthy and fit. Jackie will motivate you to lose those last few stubborn pounds if you're in her beginner classes.
Jackie is a mother of 2: Ryan & Isabella. She and her husband, Paul, are originally from California, and have been residing in McKinney for the past 5 years. The Pisciotta’s keep active by running throughout the neighborhood, swimming, and vacationing!
TRICIA MEEHLHAUSE, CI-CPT
Tricia Meehlhause is a fitness specialist, with several Cooper Institute attributes: Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, and ACE (American Council on Exercise) Group Fitness Instructor. This married mom of two stays busy with what she loves - fitness! In addition, her "specialty certifications" include: Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Step Aerobics, Spinning, Water Aerobics, and Body Flex.
She and her husband, Mark, have two beautiful children, Margaret and Nolan. They reside in Lucas, Texas and love to travel, watch college sports (especially Iowa Hawkeyes, Oklahoma State Cowboys, and Texas A&M Aggies!), read, snow ski, and water ski.
Tricia is powerfully motivating with her diverse background of instructing classes at different national chain gyms. Her experience with multiple populations works to her benefit. You don't have a reason not to come enjoy one of her classes. She will put you at ease and help YOU reach YOUR goals!
TAMIE STEDMAN, CI-CPT
Tamie Stedman is a former elementary music teacher. This fit Frisco woman currently keeps active as a stay-at-home mom of three children, Texas Boot Camp "Beginner Boot Camp" Instructor, and a Group X Instructor for a nation-wide gym. She is a nationally certified personal trainer through Dr. Kenneth Cooper's: Cooper Institute. She also holds certifications in: Indoor Cycling, Turbo Kickboxing, and Weight Lifting and Resistance formats.
Personally experiencing the positive impact of Texas Boot Camp gives her the drive and vision to be a dynamic leader and teacher. Tamie is very passionate about instructing her fitness classes, and helping others find areas in their personal lives to improve upon, enabling her boot campers to live healthier and more enjoyable lives. One life at a time, this girl will change the way you view yourself and what is achievable!!
Tamie has been married to her high school sweetheart, Scott, for eleven years. They have been blessed with three children – Lauren, Conner, and Garrett. This family of five has lived in Frisco for five years. The Stedmans enjoys attending sporting events (especially when their kids are involved), and cheering for Texas Tech Red Raiders and the Dallas Cowboys.
ANGIE CLAUDIO, CI-CPT
Angie holds the training philosophy that one can achieve great results through strength, willlingness, opportunity, repetition and disipline. Angie believes that exercise and good nutrition are essential to living a balanced, happy and healthy life and has successfully incorporated it into her routine. In fact, while being a full-time wife and mother of two, she found the time to train for a marathon, a half-marathon, and 5K races. Angie is known to take her strength and conditioning to the ultimate test by participating in adventure races, as well. In fact, she competed in the Warrior Dash, Jail Break and Tough Mudder!
Angie is sincerely passionate about sharing what she has learned for the health and wellness of others. Being a Certified Cooper Institute Personal Trainer, she utilizes specific programs for our members to help achieve their personal goals. This woman does this by incorporating proper resistance, core, and cardiovascular training during each class. Her goal is to motivate and encourage our members to reach their fullest potential.
AMANDA MITCHELL, CI-CPT
Amanda Mitchell is a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer, American Council on Fitness Certified Group Exercise Instructor and holds special certifications in Indoor Cycling, Boot Camp and Resistance Training formats. In addition to a full-time job as a dental office manager and assistant Women's Pastor at her church, she enjoys weightlifting, sprint triathlons, cooking and reading. She and her husband, Matt, live in Little Elm, TX with their two dogs, Beau & Diego. They enjoy working out together, traveling, UFC and pretty much any outdoor activity!
Her passion is to help others achieve their health and wellness goals, have a better quality of life and overcome their exercise fears. Her ultimate goal is to encourage, motivate and challenge her boot campers to give their best each and every class and in turn, transform their lives!

Michael and Kimberly Smith are excited about helping individuals reach their fitness goals through nutrition! This couple has been helping clients with nutritional guidance and Advocare supplements for over 8 years. They have been with Texas Boot Camp LLC. since its inception. Michael and Kimberly are currently providing 35 boot camps with nutritional support. They enjoy educating people on the importance of supplementation to fill in the nutritional gaps in daily diets. Hundreds of boot campers that Michael and Kimberly work with, have reached their personal fitness goals sooner than expected, by adding the "missing piece of the puzzle" ... nutritional supplements!
Michael is currently training for a sprint triathlon. And Kimberly chases around their three kids, pet hamster, and cat for her workouts!!
